I already know. I'm not receiving one penny in salary increase for the new year which totally sucks considering the level of inflation we're experiencing. Don't know what the bonus will be. Probably something average which would be a huge slap in the face.

2% or so to the masses but 10% to the connected and 200% bonuses for the connected also. Pete is more like Pirate Pete looting the company with his crew of pirate scalawags (not sure of the spelling!)

Well in you work in Claim Services and things are transitioned, who knows if you will get a raise or bonus. Depending on when this happens, more employees could miss out on these.

Quarterly reports are used to justify billion dollar stock buy backs that benefit upper management and the board.

Year-end reviews are designed to reward "favorite" employees and disgruntal everyone else. That is one of the biggest problems with AIG as a whole.

No matter how many times AIG says it. No matter how many different ways they try to project it, there is no inclusion. Regardless of your year end results, your race or religion you are either "connected" or not. AIG is one of the most elitists organizations in this country and this management teams has not changed that, but made it worse.

2% if you're lucky. Welcome to stagflation. It's what you should have expected if you supported the current administrations policies.

You will get a 2% cost of living increase and maybe 100% sti. As much as upper management continues to say what a great year AIG is having, it really isn't making much money.

Isn't it funny how every quarterly report is fantastic and all of the worker bees should be proud of their hard work. Upper management wants to say thank you! Then when year end rolls around the tone changes. During year end reviews there is never any extra money in the coffers. You had a great year, but sorry no promo this year, just be happy you have a job. That's always the message.

Same old song and dance every year gets really old, but you know it is coming for everyone below pay grade 25. Stop complaining, just smile and say thank you, may I have another because as long as you work at AIG this is what you will get.
