So in our last team meeting our manager reminded us that RTO is in effect and that there is not any hybrid approach and that if you have RTO’d then you are expected to be in the office. Meanwhile he’s on camera AT HOME! If they want to take RTO seriously then it needs to start from the top.

Theses so called leaders we have in executive management are cowards, spineless and weak. Real leaders would hold conference calls from the damn building they have their office. These mutherfockers can kiss my azz if they think my azz is RTO. I am going to milk the shlit out of the I think I got covid 19 or been exposed to someone.

I always find it funny the amount of executives that host meetings where they’re reminding employees about RTO from the comfort of thier homes.
