I hope that Ford doesn’t end up forcing a mandate in the long run. I like that they let us decide for ourselves. I found out recently that a co-worker’s spouse passed away from Covid. They are/were both unvaxxed but I’m hoping that this will spur them to finally get the vaccine. I can’t wait for them to get back from leave, however long that may be, so I can subtly drop “I told you so” into our conversations. They were so vocal in their opposition to vaccines that I am actually kind of happy to find out that this happened, serves them right. I’m glad Ford is keeping these id--ts around so I can laugh at their self inflicted wounds.

OP said it a bit harsh... but they aren't wrong. Let's stop trying to help these people and let them find out the hard way. In the end we have less ignorant boomers to deal with. This is a win in my book!
Such a nasty post but it does make a point. The vaccines do reduce risk of severe illness and death. We are nearly two years into the pandemic and it is shocking to me that so many are not willing to protect themselves.

People were let into the capital intentionally by police. There are countless videos showing it. Those people were set up. Give zero fu--s if you believe it. The evidence is there for those with the eyes to see, and the ears to hear.

It's just someone who wants to come on here and be a jerk - no other purpose in life. I know vaccinated people who died. It is past time to dedicate more resources to finding effective treatments rather than pushing ineffective vaccines on young healthy people whose risk is minimal. Find some other way to amuse yourself OP.

After reading all the posts here, I hope they DO enforce a mandate. Too many stubborn fools working there, apparently, that are too selfish to do what is best for public safety and their own health.
Mixed message post for sure. I agree that all should be allowed to choose for themselves if they want the shots or not. I disagree that an "I told you so..." behavior is appropriate in any way, and to be honest sadly sounds a bit sociopathic.
