I'm against, but not because of the risk of spreading/catching COVID (which is still a concern, though less so); my teammates are spread across the US (remember when that used to be a competitive advantage?), so if I spent well over two hours on the road every day I'd still be on Skype with them.

I plan to be the loud obnoxious a-s taking too loud on conference calls all day long and then talking to my wife about what’s for dinner for the last hour of my day.
Sorry champ, unless you add dogs barking, children making noise, and traffic noise you have nothing on the current state of meetings.

Same as last person.
My team and lines of business that I support are in different states. I don't need to drive in for Skype calls.
If they would just be more flexible, people wouldn't have so much issue, but I guess that's what they want.
Against RTO for the same reasons as many others. 90 percent of my team work in other states. COVID or not, I don't see any reason to commute two hours per day just so I can sit at a desk in a WF building and call in to meetings instead of sitting at a desk in my plush home office. I can guarantee you one thing though, when we are forced back to the office, I will be working exactly 8 hours per day then logging off. When I am remote, WF gets all that extra time I would usually spend commuting.
This is straight out of Next Door. Vote yes or vote no to are your for OR against RTO.
Right about the level of clarity everything else around here has.
You can blame covid WFH if you want, but CS has a pattern of ending WFH when he comes in to mess everything up. WFH was going away either way. If anything, covid kept people home longer.

AGAINST for myself. I interact with people in multiple lines of business across the country and overseas. But I don't have to do RTO anyway.
FOR RTO for those who were in the office pre-COVID and who screwed around calling unnecessary attention to the WFH program.
You might want to write clearer question. It's contradictory.
Against it solely due to the fact my team is spread out across the country. My meetings are all conducted by phone. There is no point coming to an office. I would feel differently if everyone was located in one building.
So - No you’re against RTO (meaning you are for it), and yes you’re against RTO (which means you are against it)??
