While I agree with they should't be forced at the civilian level, I served and medical procedures are mandated/forced on military service members all the time.

I love how the anti-Vaxxers are putting their faith in anti-viral treatments. They should do some real research. These dr-gs were approved even more quickly than the vaccines, are much less effective (around 30-40% is common) and work by actually manipulating the virus’s RNA to introduce mutations. And haven’t actually been tested in more than minuscule trials.

If you bother to read research from the original sources you would feel the same. Don't believe the lies being told on TV and by politically geared "scientists." The research, the real research from the makers of the dr-gs themselves, is out there. Educate yourself.

Many large companies are self-insured so it is in a company's financial interest to work to minimize their claims exposure.
A few days or weeks in ICU is really really expensive to the tune of mid 4 to low 5 figures per day.
Factor that in with the loss of productivity + costs to contact trace + testing + morale issues and it can get really really expensive.
