Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Omnicron isn't even at the level of a bad cold.

Too many people think it will alter RTO. Not gunna happen people. Get your work day gear ready over Christmas. It's just about time to scan that badge at the door. Time to smile.

I'd rather have omicron than the flu. There, that was simple.

@gvn+1eifZPVe is making up stuff again.

The good news, Omicron seems to be less lethal.

The bad news? It's more contagious, and still a virus, you won't like it, even if it doesn't get you intubated.

Social distancing, masks indoors with crowds, etc., will help keep you and those around you safe.

I can't believe the number of people who think getting sick is no big deal.

You're still sick, you can't go out in public, or at least shouldn't, and you'll miss some work, and depending on your compesation package that may cost you money.

Sick is still sick.

For the haters.....80% infected with Omnicron are vaxed per CDC. This is in the news.

Omicron at this time, and we learn more every day, seems to 5-10 times more contagious than Delta, but so far appears to be milder.

Being vaccinated seems to help fight Omicron.

But these are early results, don't take anything you read on this website as fact.

A pandemic is a slow moving natural disaster and we learn more every day, but it also gives people with agendas a chance to spread misinformation and fear.

Know your sources and stay safe.

CDC reports 375,000 in 2020 and I doubt that 125,000 died from Jan 1 to Jan 5. We're at almost 800k now. Link:

https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/70/wr/mm7014e1.htm

This in spite of improved treatment knowledge/protocols and 60% vaccination. 2021 will be worse than 2020.

Of course, this is all "with COVID" which is of dubious value anyway, but that's a whole different discussion.

So your answer is to make it political. Great solution. I do seem to recall that we hit the 500,000 mark under former guy and we just hit 800,000 this week. Maybe your math is off.

They don't need a source. Pandemic is over because it needs to be over. Media won't report that more Americans died of COVID under Biden than under Trump, so people assume all is safe now.

Do you have any sources for this assertion? Sounds like it is much more contagious but also milder for those who are vaccinated, with 3 doses being considered fully vaccinated at this point. Penn. Just reported their first omicron death. And considering half the country hasn't even had one jab, omicron could get bad. I'm not a doctor and I don't really know, just what I read from the CDC. But I am curious where your info is coming from as I like to read both sides of the story and decide for myself.

Everyone should just refuse to return. If enough people just don’t go, what can they do?
