Why are there so many of you that make life miserable for the rest of us ? You don’t want to work, always call out and have to be babysat so why not do everyone a favor and leave? Yet you are the ones who don’t get laid off either

The entire industry has raised wages. BNY has towards the bottom before the adjustment, now many of their salaries are a joke.
So you get the bottom of the barrel or people who want to coast.
Anyone who actually is good at their job will leave after 2 years.
One of their coworkers is unbearable and uses run-on sentences.
