For as long as nobody in the management is held accountable for their actions, things will not improve. And since that's never going to happen, the best thing to do is walk away.

@4rye is a typical supervisor. Instead of asking what the issues are, they say it's my way or the highway. That is not leadership.
Maybe you should take accountability and stop blaming your mgmt team. We don’t get paid enough for the bs we have to deal with when it comes to you cr---y employees
Maybe if enough of us walk something will finally happen...
