Main objective is to hire everyone in your village.
Everyone and i mean everyone better understand how to write their OKRs and not think their manager will do it for them. Figure it put else you bonus percentage at risk
Us old timers know this is not a bottoms up exercise. They HAVE to get off their a** and do this thing, or else it dies in the water.
