A raise? What's that? I just got moved up to a band 5 with added responsibilities and NO increase. Why promote me if you aren't going to give me an increase? Put me back down if you don't think I'm worth an increase. Has anyone else gotten a band promotion with NO compensation? No my income is not so high that I'm out of the income scale. I got a 1.75% increase as a band 6 and know other incomes that are a lot higher than mine.

The bonus is that you get to keep your job and not shipped to India.

Not sure if we are getting stock again, like the past 3 years. It is good that they continue to raise the minimum wage, but screwthr better compensated folks.

GS, JPM, MS are all doing raises. In fact some of them did raises earlier in year to retain talent. With inflation, you need at least a 25% raise to stay at the level you were at last year. But i doubt that will happen for any of you.

Last year I got no raise. Was hoping this year would be different. Band 5 here.

In my group, worse that last year. I know the numbers already and... Yeah. Sucks.

What I heard is that they will stink, just like last year.

I hope its just as high as the 6.8% inflation the dummies at the Fed kicked off.
