In my opinion, forcing people to return to the office while the pandemic is still going on, in order to do work that they can do from home just as well or even better - is pure absurdity.
However, perhaps it is better to come to terms with this because this is neither the first nor probably the last absurdity we will face while working at BofA, unfortunately?

Kids are back in school, movies are open, business are open. Most companies are back in the office other than big tech who makes billions off people not going back, they want a 100 year lock down. Time to go back.
Some of us have been back in the office for several months now..
Oh my gosh, just get overt it already. Do you know anyone who died, probably not.
