Best Practice when it comes to cr-p like this is to just tell them what they want to hear.

Then they'll leave you alone.

"Basically - we were punished with all the “extra engagement meetings” if you gave out honest low scores."

Had two of these-skip levesl with my mgr's manager. Was as candid as possible and was told he/she would take this info and get back to me on the progress to fix. Nothing but crickets.....

Oh wow. Best were the meetings where we broke into groups and came up with action plans around how we were going to improve the low scores. We were all expected to show up with ideas. Then present the plan to somebody or other. Hours and hours spent on corporate nonsense that did absolutely nothing to improve morale, work products, or customer service.

But somebody could check a box. Go Wells Fargo.

So happy we don’t have this anymore. Spending all year documenting how you are going to improve the scores on the ones you voted were low was horrible! It was motivation to score them all high and then the bank could just point at it and tell us how great they are to work for…. No not great, we just don’t want to spend all the effirt to improve low scores. Such a sham.

Gone are the days when WF cared about its employees. The fact that our CEO is Casper the Ghost and avoids us like the plague (unless forcing us to RTO during a plague) tells us everything we need to know. We're seen as liabilities, not assets.

Unlike successful companies that are ascendant, WF is descendent and has been for a while.

I would say #9 has taken a massive blow since the last time I completed one of these. Right now I really can't think of anyone who demonstrates a sincere commitment to quality work.
