Charitable contributions equates to “good”press and tax write offs. That’s it. Considering all of the bad press and regulatory penalties that WF deals with, this is a completely calculated move. Wells Fargo didn’t invent disingenuous corporate theater, but they certainly play the part well. Hopefully the donations get into the hands of people who can really use it. Anyone who works here can tell you there are plenty of us at Wells Fargo who need it.

I'm glad I did not get a pay raise last year so there was extra money for CS to spend on this.
Sorry but you will regret supporting such a small demographic that provides little to any return on your investment. Stop listening to the loudest and pay more attention to the real spenders.
