I remember a few years ago I was relaxed, always in a good mood, full of energy. Today I am everything but relaxed and in a good mood. I feel horrible when I realize that I have become so bitter and cynical. On the other hand, I think I would have gained a lot more experience and skills if I had worked in another company.
It seems that a workplace can change a person a lot?

Frank's motto is "move along so I can hire more contractors to fill my tax-break building" - doesn't seem like a winning recipe. In a way, it's fun knowing that Frank's plan is completely unsustainable and will explode sky-high in the coming years.

When it’s not fun anymore it’s simply time to move along. Sharpen up some skills, dust off and review the resume. Think of where you’d rather be and what you’d rather be doing and on what terms. There is a bright spot out there for you. Best wishes finding it and happy holidays. Be well.
