Looks like OSHA mandate is back on as of Friday. In a 2-1 decision, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration can enforce vaccine-or-testing measures for large companies. Next lett see if it gets appeal to Supreme Court. CMS mandate is still on hold and government contractors mandate is block in most states. Government employees and military is mandatory.

For the person who believes in herd immunity you are wrong we all should live in a bubble and never come into contact with another person that is the answer.
I don't worry about the kids. It will not ki-l them. The deaths in children is infinitesmally small because it doesn't affect them as badly as 85 year olds.. We should let them get it and achieve herd immunity.
For the person who's brother got sick from someone who did not get the jab can you prove it? I guess the vaccinated can't pass it (wrong).
If you refer to mask as something that helps you are uneducated and show pure stupidity.
It should still be mask, vaxx, and distance but we Americans value our collective narcissism over life. We value personal “freedom” over collective well being.
And now Omicron is going to run rampant. The masked + vaxxed may get sick but they are *far * less likely to end up in the ER or the ICU.
I worry about the kids that are still too young to get vaccinated and I worry about healthcare workers who are already drowning In unvaccinated Delta cases and they’re about to get hit with another wave. This will impact all of us! Family friend had a heart attack 2 weeks ago….waited 3 days to get a bed because all of the beds were full of COVID cases. Children who are getting RSV and the flu can’t get breathing treatments because all the supplies are going towards COVID. My father-in-law is in a nursing home and is barely getting appropriate care (Ex: Lunch comes at 2 or 3 if at all) because of staffing issues caused by COVID.
Please stop being selfish—mask up, vaxx up, and stay home.
