Anyone else having these problems? How are we supposed to get our work done when basic work tools just randomly stop working?

This what you see just ahead of the pink slip. You're on your way out.
I read the 365 emails but I couldn’t relog in. The guy who helped me installed an application to patch so it was definitely something I had to contact IT for
This started with the new corporate leadership. I used to get someone immediately located onshore and was able to solve my problem quickly.

None of the emails that said after 11/19 you'd possibly be logged out and have to log back in again as they did the maintenance work on Office 365 work ring any bells with you?
Jitendra did the needful
I had the same issue this morning. For me it was an Outlook password problem. (Of course I had not changed anything with my password.) I was able to manually enter my email and password to get back in.
Web access still works? Did you even check? Whenever the client has an issue, you can use that if you have urgent needs to get things done while you wait.
For those who have been unaware that we have had web access for years now, you can find the URL in Outlook under the file menu. I'm not posting it here.
The same happened to me on Friday.
The rep. was unable to help.
I had the same problem a couple of days ago. They were able to fix it quickly once I talked to a rep, it was just the wait time that was a problem. Yeah, I’m still getting paid but I like to be able to do my work and be available to my colleagues.
Nope. I did have a colleague who was zz’d by mistake a few months back. That sure started some rumors. You’d think they’d be super-careful about something like that, but hey, mistakes happen I guess.
You are being of vewy welcome. Pleased to have a blessid day.
You are welcome that we fixed your issue.
Best to open up a chat and call in. You then work with the first one to answer you. We can expect this for at least a month going forward.
You're still getting paid right?
