Well it’s not really average if the data listed isn’t accurate. All these salary’s listed aren’t the actual salary’s of our employees. It’s a calculated number that’s listed on the LCA that is sent off to the immigration people for approval. If you want accurate salary’s go into teamwork’s and find them there.

As someone on the equivalent of the H1B and is on this website for another area of tech. The Salary’s on this website aren’t accurate. My base pay is around 40k more. I know this is my entry due to the unique job title and location. Take h1bdata with a grain of salt.
