Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

What a failure is Intel, can layoffs be far behind?

How did Intel go from leader to laggard and in the biggest bo-m in semiconductor business be they are the only failure contracting while AMD grew 65% and Nvidia 57%, Qualcomm 56%, TI 25%, and Intel -1%.

All the Kings horses and all the Kings men ain’t going to be able to put Humpty Dumpty together nor on top again.

You hire leaders for growing the company and stock and frankly if Pat thinks he has five years in those five years Intel will fall from #2 to likely # 5 or lower and scale matters, nothing will save them, Pat is wrong he has far less than five years!

We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France,
we shall fight on the seas and oceans,
we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,

About every 5 years Intel swings hard between "if you don't like it you can leave" and "people are our greatest asset". They are so deep into the love side this time that the pendulum will have to come back like a wrecking ball. I give it 3 years tops. How's that?

we shall fight on the beaches,
we shall fight on the landing grounds,
we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,
we shall fight in the hills;
we shall never surrender
