I wish more people would do an in-depth search of Bank of America before joining. I've looked around, and most places recommend working here as a great place with a great culture. People see that and join and within a few months, they realize they made a huge mistake. Checking out this page, for example, and sorting reviews by lowest-rated on Glassdoor (since they're constantly being pushed down by HR) would help many folks avoid making a big mistake.

Do not come to work at this shlithole company. They have one of the worst leadership teams in banking. I regret that the day I step in on this shilithole bank.

It hasn’t been so bad for me. My work load is fair. My manager is nice and respectful. I just wish the title bumps would come with raises. Overall though, I don’t have many complaints about the company. I don’t love how they are handling the RTO but it could be worse.
