Just heard some crazy chit...high level sales rep told SVP he isn't participating in the cv19 vax requirements... he said he won't provide medical or religious exemption. The very next day, the sales rep got an email stating he was APPROVED for his religious exemption - HE NEVER SUBMITTED ANYTHING! They are picking winners and losers! This isn't about "The Science"

Frank's regime is full of contradictions.
- Public message: "get back in the office NOW or you're out." Reality: lots of one-off special cases (astronauts).
- Public message: "get vaccinated NOW or you're out." Reality: some associates are receiving special treatment and are being granted undue exceptions.
- Public message: "we care deeply about our associates." Reality: abusive leadership crying wolf about "#1 priorities" for every single project. "Stretch goals" and "unlimited vacation" employed as abuse tactics but sold as being a good thing.
- Public message: "we care about diversity & inclusion." Reality: 401K match abruptly curtailed and rerouted to Frank's public image fund.
- Public message: "we care about our clients." Reality: we cater to the big clients only, such as SSB. And even then, particularly nasty things get said behind closed doors regarding the bigger clients. Absolute embarrassment of a regime you have here Frank.
That's strange. All the people I know who have the special exceptions are still receiving emails from HR saying they need to submit something. I guess there are multiple ways to not get fired, if they actually wanted you to stay.
It doesn't matter at the moment, but it might later on, so save all the evidence you can of this.
If the Biden mandate somehow manages to pass constitutional muster, then you can simply report the discrepancy to OSHA as a violation, and let them investigate. At this early stage of the game, they'll fall all over themselves to levy a massive fine against someone - anyone. May as well make Frank look bad.
If this is true, it is totally unfair and not safe for everyone!
