New CFO

i feel like I've seen more, heard more, and know more about our new CFO in the couple months on the job than the last 5 years DW has been CEO. Anyone else feels same way?

I recommend watching the latest 40 mins interview on the intranet. You learn a lot more about her, and she offers her early insights, tips, advise for employees too...how refreshing

New CFO is very experienced in the M&A space. As everyone has seen, we’re buying. The next thing to see is what we’re going to sell.

She was there for a reason. Don't be surprised if in the upcoming month, her charming is no longer there as she will advise where is the best area to save money and cut cost. That is what she supposed to do. And why she was hired and paid for it.

Advice for employees: we will cut to the bone if we have to. Nobody is special, nobody is irreplaceable. You’re just a cost in our books.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.
