I used to have colleagues who also worked very hard, but they did it with a smile on their face because they had motivation and the atmosphere was much more relaxed.
I'm not trying to justify it but I understand why everyone is so negative now, because everyone feels that next year could be even worse. I wish I was wrong, but it seems to me that those who stay here will have it even worse here next year?

Our Team just lost 8 Full Time employees in 4 months. Confirmation things are not good here..

Rest assured, things are only getting worse for this terrible company. Of course not for your DM or RDR, but if you are an actual contributor to this company, the work is only getting harder, the incentives are only getting smaller, and the days are only getting longer until they pull the dsd plug.
