People, every one of you has a set of skills and talents that you need to decide if you're willing to tolerate abuse while getting paid for their use here or taking them somewhere else where pay will come abuse-free. It's all on you. I don't know one person working here who doesn't have enough skills and knowledge to find a new job with ease. You just need to decide that's what you want to do.

I remember working in the Brooklyn office 8 years ago. Um yeah, some of the people I saw in that elevator are lucky to have the job they did. Is Ebonics are a marketable still these days?
