VIA Benefits Support - Improving

Update on VIA as want to include good news not just bad news here. Few days ago I called and got through immediately. Both a knowledgeable funding representative and licensed benefit answered literally dozens of questions I had not been able to resolve and helped save some money on what I was planning to do. In 30 minutes got what I needed which I was unable to do from Oct 15 to Dec . 500% improvement since they launched in communications, like they are not even the same company.

Is anyone else having issue getting your monthly reimbursement insurance payment from Ford? I have submitted multiple pictures of my Jan. 2022 invoice along with a statement showing that it was paid in full by me from my insurance provider and VIA keep denying it. Why I have no clue. Did anyone else submit something different? This whole process is very frustrating. Maybe it is time to get the lawyers involved since Ford and VIA continue to “stick it” to the retirees. I’ll never buy a Ford again and I no longer promote A/Z or X plans to friends or family. Any advice is appreciated for those that successfully got their remimbursement.

When the reimbursement finally shows up in my account, I'll agree they are doing better. This whole process should NOT be this time-consuming and difficult.

Can't find the thread that was talking about "new" retiree healthcare if you're 55-65, but I have a question for those who have enrolled.

Looking at PPO plan's and will likely end up hitting "out-of-pocket (OOP) maximum" (mostly due to bad gene pool). The estimated yearly costs have a range of $28k-$43k (premium+OOP max). With the $12K Ford will kick in, that means my yearly cost will be $16k-$31k? Wow! I'm curious what the cost of similar plans were before the change in retiree benefits this year?
