Yep, this company does not care about anything except the bottom line. We worked our butts off during the holiday rush and now we lose hours. Such b.s.

The end of the fiscal year for sams is January 31. The more payroll cut, the higher the club mgr bonuses are.

Sales drop off considerably after Christmas so less hours are needed. All retail reduces hours after Christmas since the business isn’t there to support the need.

Because they are arrogant as-----s and they don't care whether you can pay your rent as long as their own bonus is as big as possible. It doesn't matter that your labor made their 4th quarter profitable, after the Christmas crush you're lower than a maggot to them.
