Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Productivity understandably low

These won't be the first nor the last layoffs I'm sure, but the amount of uncertainty they have created is unprecedented. I just can't concentrate enough on work because of that. The uncertainty must be affecting others in a similar way. I believe that productivity has dropped significantly lately precisely because of this?

Productivity would be a lot higher in a happier environment (i.e., the pre-Frank era). The abuse never ends.

Yes, there was productivity at fiserv Before first data took over. Now, moral is non existent.

When you are with your family, watching your children open their Christmas gifts; please think about your fellow fiserv production employees as they are now mandated to work all holidays. In the past, Fiserv closed production facilities for the holiday. First data, who is family unfriendly, put and end to this. Production facilities are open but offices are closed. The great wall they built between the two is vast. Yet the id--ts wonder about attrition rates.
