People are exhausted and they've had enough of this cr-p. Everybody on my team is looking to change roles and the majority is looking externally for new and better opportunities. Concerns we have have been shared and changes suggested, but our leadership doesn't care and is doing nothing to help us. This cannot last.

Consulting Companies tell most Professionals that they will work for 10-12 companies over a 30+ year span. Get used to seeking employment at a new company before you are unemployed at your current company.

Changes come from within. In order to change the toxic work culture at EM, some sort of movement needed by group of employees. Otherwise it will not happened. Dont count on the WAEM central team because many employees didnt buy that idea. If you believe changes will not gappen and you cant wait, there are other world outside there than EM. It is up to you to take the risk and explore the new environment!
