IBM is in the top ten. So I guess that blatant ageism, nepotism, and management-through-fear now qualify as good company culture. I don't dare think what other companies are like if that's considered one of the best.

This is laughable. As a recently retired 30+ year IBMer, I can tell you the culture is nasty and toxic. It has been that way for the last decade or more.

I know it's upsetting to see these kinds of blatant falsehoods when those of us who have actually been in the belly of the beast know how truly toxic the workplace culture has become at IBM. However, it's nothing but a paid placement. IBM would rather spend its dwindling capital to burnish its public image with false advertising than actually try to turn things around and make it a good place to work again. Just further evidence of IBM management's blind arrogance, delusions of grandeur, and woeful ignorance.
