We have a lot of people who pose benefit type of questions that not related to layoffs. Questions about retirement and raises and bonuses. I have learned more on this site about so many of those things than I have from my day to day workings for Wells. Or sometimes from my quick attempts to find what I might need on our Wells web pages. Or I just learn so much more from hearing others' experiences. So to those who post those questions with good intent, I say thank you.

Agree with OP. You can look things up and still find things of value on this board.
But you could LITERALLY learn everything via TeamWorks/Employee Handbook and know it is valid information vs whatever garbage gets posted here from dubious sources.
