When is the New org coming online? Any insights on the structure?

I saw someone has added 'solutions' to their job title. That's all I need to know about the reorganisation. We're super winning!

Will UIS be included? Obviously RTD/Digital Transformation within UIS is a part but seems like all of UIS, CSR and EMRE could be rolled up into one org. Would leave just 2 Upstream Companies UBD and UOG. Would eliminate a lot of management and advisor jobs.
We all might as well be mushrooms given that we’re kept in the dark and fed bs. AFAIK, the new org goes live 4/1. Have heard it’s going to be “BIG CHANGE”. No idea when the official announcement will come out.
Many people suspect that the announcement will come out around end of Q1 2022
Sure hope not MD-that will certainly set the new research org up for failure!
Triple-decked tax write-offs for research are done globally.
Especially for O&G.
Carbon Capture has potential, of course.
If it means clawing back the salaries for the past 30 years of Executives.

I heard LCS will be incorporated also, so that that new value chain can be captured with fewer employees.
Predictions
- MD (current RTD) is President of new EM Technology Org.
- CSR is scrapped (integrated into new Org)
- VS retires
- 30% headcount reduction in Revamped Org.
New structure, same useless managers and same cr-p. Don’t hold your breath.

Fire all from RTD and CSR after shaming them for being a drain on the company and the society. This will be a fresh clean beginning of new Exxon.
