Dude, we all feel your pain, the managers all have the same attitude. They never make us feel good when we bust our butts. All they ever say is you’re lucky to have a job and want to write us up for doing stupid cr-p. We’re the ones they really need, when we quit they’ll need to train the new people. At that time when they’re training the new people to do our jobs and they can’t make quota they’ll only blame it all on us because we never did the job right away.
