It sucks having to go through those long ar-e videos about integrity and compliance while those people that preaches them are knowingly breaking the same rules they are supposed to uphold. Some of them being:
- Hiding personal assistants/ secretaries/ administrators as employees reporting to multiple levels so that it doesn't get picked up by corporate. These manager/ director level have been preaching for several years after cuts about a leaner organisation but in turn doesn't abide by it since they can't do menial work. Want to find them? Look at the logs of their contributions.
- Manipulating goals and results by arranging pre-determined targets upfront. Want to weed those out, just look at drastic changes in so-called 'improvements' made or unachievable KPI which are met. Intuition would tell you that Rome was not built in a day. This is how some of these leader gets to drown themselves with praises until it becomes almost unachievable where these conniving sods takes on a different role only to have the successor to continue with the charade for fear of disrupting the harmony and limelight that Honeywell leaders love to project.
Anymore? Continue adding to this topic to unearth some of these Sons of Bitxhes. Else, those corporate buffons can stick it up where the sun don't shine about their policies about integrity. Do not waste time writing HR or legal about these matters cos it will just be swept under the carpet as I have seen happen so many times.
