Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Will I get the extra 1% 401k match?

So my salary is less than 150k. But when it gets combined with bonus it is likely to be above 150k. Do I still get the 1% extra match?

Thank you!!

Based on salary pay? Or salary plus bonuses?

Since this is an annual look back, it should include all cash compensation, both for determine the discretionary match (if any) and the cutoff.

Y'all confuse me with your misunderstandings of how WF contributes to the 401k plan. I don't know what an "extra 1% match is". The matching contributions are $1 for $1 up to 6% of pay. There is no salary limit for match. The base contribution is 1% for employees making less than $75,000. The discretionary contribution is up to 4% for employees making less than $150,000. R-E-A-D.

I believe the max salary for the 1% is 75k.

I think the limit is 75 or 100, can't remember.

You will get nothing, and like it.
