t used to be different. At one time, people wanted to come here from competing companies. Now everyone is wanting to leave and go to competing companies. This is becoming a source of talent for other companies and management doesn’t seem to care too much about it. As if this company is no longer interested in what the competition is doing and achieving?

I worked my a-s off and got laid off and the company said it was for bad performance. Thanks for the big fat check VZ. You'll not crumble only because of the folks staying there for the pension or because they're close to retirement and you're all they know.
The mafia would do a far better job. They may be corrupt, but they understand finance.

It's been that way for awhile. The exodus of talent started in 2015 and accelerated in 2018 with the VSP. The people who cared are long gone. Now you just have lifer Unionites and slackers who do as little as possible.
