Overtime is not a problem for me, I love cars and I don't experience too much overtime as something terrible. I am satisfied with how much I am paid, I have great colleagues, etc. However, communication with management is very poor.
It’s frustrating and sometimes I’d most rather quit because of it. In fact, nowhere where I worked before did I have a manager with poorer communication skills. That person simply cannot be in that position if he lacks the basics such as good communication skills.
