Workaholism becomes a lifestyle for many?

Yesterday I stopped, took a deep breath and admitted to myself that I had become a person I never wanted to become. In order to squeeze people out as much as possible, bofa promotes unhealthy workaholism which is becoming a lifestyle for many. That's my opinion. At one point I realized that I had become a person who just works and thus sacrifices healthy work/ life balance.

Too much personal sacrifice to make executives happy, but they are never satisfied. They want more, faster, bigger, better. Pandemic? The heightened pace is the “new normal.”

If you value your health, family, finances, or sanity, find a new opportunity. The expectations at BofA will never equate to a reward worth the sacrifice.

I interviewed for a position in merchant services and the B3 I interviewed with said that she typically worked 80-90 hours a week because she loved working to get the job done.

I nope'd out of that super fast.
