The entire leadership thinks we are all spending our time at home playing video games and browsing social media. This is even though productivity didn't go down. That's not enough proof for them. If they don't have us in their sight, then we're not working. It makes no sense, but when did anything this leadership did make any sense?

I chuckle when young people cry out against discrimination and stereotypes but then willingly use resort to these evils when it is convenient for them to do so in their shallow attempt to make a point.

Nah, that's just an excuse. They want to cut staff and they can get a bunch of us to voluntarily leave, saving them money.
If we truly wanted to, A lot of us could 'play video games and browse social media' practically right under their noses while in the office. I've seen it done, and it was usually the people they were patting on the back for doing such great work.
You mean you don't play video games after lunch?
They don't trust us, we don't trust them. It's very simple. If you don't like the way they sail this ship (Titanic), and I sure as he-l don't, get on the lifeboat! Here, take my hand. I'll help you aboard.

Doesn't matter so much about the age. You have to have people in the office to have an excuse to go into the office. Can't see your side action if you're stuck at home.

Part of the reason why Frank, Guy and Tony want everyone in the office is because they saw it as an easy opportunity to eliminate a bunch of people with virtually no effort. A lot of people don't want to go back to a physical office and as such, are either leaving or being let go.
This is further evidenced by the Sapience deploy. They clearly don't trust us even when back in a physical office if they are deploying software like that.
