Do you mean couldn’t care less? They’ve got room to care if they could care less.
I have always had some great managers too. Personally, I think its the leadership at the company that is the problem. Too many mo--ns who came from Citi. They are basically ruining the bank. But it doesnt really matter anyway since they are outsourcing everything to India. We will all be out of a job in a couple years anyway.
USB managers don't care about anyone, outside of themselves. Workers are paws. Re-org at will. They certainly don't care if you quit and find something better. After you are gone, plug in another pawn and continue. USB managers are the most talentless group of people you will ever find. Especially the long serving ones.
I do. Always have. Maybe I’ve just been lucky to have great managers through the years.
