Although I was thinking of leaving right after a few months, I stayed a little longer thinking that it was just me and that perhaps I needed a little more time to adapt to the dynamics and the new company culture. I really thought this company was much better. I didn't think it was ideal, but I certainly thought it was much more organized. It would be much better if the situation was different, but I don’t believe there is anyone who is positively surprised after coming here?

It really is a terrible place now, with very few who even understand the business. Just a lot of rah-rah-rah.
A line of people, lmao, we have job postings that have 0 applicants, for high 5 and 6 figure jobs, these jobs in the past would have internal people from other states applying, now, 0 no inside or outside applicants, for jobs posted over a month. Even our HR rep and recruiter say we can't find, and more importantly KEEP employees, if we do hire someone once they figure out what a sh-t show this is they bail.
