Wouldn't it be nice if Cisco fostered the kind of work culture that empowers individuals and immediately shuts down any kind of bullying and backstabbing? The work culture that encourages new ideas whoever they come from? You know, the exact opposite of what we have now?

Been useless mush for years, the cracks are just starting to show.
Nah, just get your booster. That’ll solve everything.
Because our senior leadership has no understanding of the needs of our customers and the innovation required to deliver against those needs, they retreat into groupthink so as not to risk their standing and their massive paychecks.
Of course, groupthink in the senior ranks turns the entire organization into useless mush.
