Yes, there is, but the good news is it's not secret, you can contact them and find out if you're on it.
You can call HR and ask if you are rehirable I did this in the past. Yes it’s actually doneby your manager

there is a list. and if you call the global HR number you can find out if you are on it or not. that's what I did when I got rehired years ago. i had to double check before I went on that interview. i got hired back and they bridged my time. good luck!!
