Is prorated bonus a thing at Bofa?

Curious if Bofa would pay some bonus for someone who leaves before Feb-1st.

Nope, it’s in the comp plan. Look at the dates for in role requirements so you don’t lose your bonus. Each year there is a huge wave of people leaving late Feb for this exact reason

No, of course not. If you're not employed on that day you ain't getting anything. But if you were hired less than a year ago, you better believe they'll reduce your bonus!

Unless you retire under rule of 60. In that case, they usually will pay out bonus even if you leave before Feb 15

It is always prorated. You get 10% of what you deserve!

No, they will pull the bonus back if you leave prior to Feb. 15.
