SA pooling is going to happen in FY23. SAs will be going Click2Expert in FY23. The cost of pre-sales engineering has to come down 20% starting in FY23. The pooling of SAs will allow for paying SAs much less as they will only be focused on a couple of products vs covering the entire portfolio.

This is only for commercial since the customers are so simplistic.
Must be New Year with another post about SE pooling with a date still way out in the future.
What about BA pooling? Or nontechnical CTO pooling since there are so many those at Cisco these days ?
