I left because I thought it was bad here. However, now I can see that I was not even aware of how bad it was here. Only when you finally go somewhere better will you realize how deep the misery is here and regret that you did not leave long time ago. Don’t allow yourself to regret wasting your time here.

At the club I work there's two leads that can not relate to the stress because they do not do anything near the other leads on the opposite shift. They get paid to do less and less. Good job Sam's on holding people accountable and keeping those that don't deserve making that money.
No truer words have been spoken , not necessary to elaborate ! Run as quick as you can .
I left a couple of years ago. I had the same experience. Wish I'd left years ago. The stress is gone!
