Never seen a principal risk title
So whatever salary range is quoted on the job post is the "base" salary not the total compensation?
@1tcs+1f07voZY There is a Principal title for Risk, but it’s not used all that much yet.
yes manager can see the range and it specifically says “base pay range” or something similar, not total variable (in the view my mgr showed me at least)
For those that are posting pay ranges, just want to clarify that those aren’t “salary” pay ranges, those are “Total Compensation” pay ranges (I.e. salary + bonus).
The senior lead title, why not just say principal like they did for some other titles.
there are also risk analytic consultant roles which use to be credit risk analytic consultants
Consumer credit sr assoc = senior credit risk specialist
What did the consumer credit sr assoc position map to?
Also the salary for lead risk roles dropped by 8k as the max use to be 205k before the drop to 197k.
Senior specialist level roles: 89k-149k
Lead level roles:111k-197k
Senior lead level roles: 144k-300k
Mid points are the average of the high and low of each level.
Yes
Strategy and Execution… Job Families are still a mystery to look at comp.
Some have said management level can look at a current posting to see a salary range when an individual contributor cannot see it.
