Well, that was 1 hour of absolute cringe. If anything, they'd inspire people to follow our TAP colleagues and leave this sinking ship. Do they really believe people are inspired by their propaganda of fake anecdotes? Hilarious.

MAV and her fake crying were embarrassing. The new guy in NYC was pointless. The new legal tech gal was chaotic and weird. How are these dry tumbleweeds in leadership? And don’t give us hog wash about how we do important work but a lot of work is outsourced to Philippi, India, and Mexico. Our purpose is to pay our bills, we don’t want your disingenuous kool aid.
The unstated issue here is that the Canadian “leadership” doesn’t understand the business. Our customers are beginning to understand this and are contemplating a switch.
This company sure excels in making its employees waste time. Here’s an idea, how about just letting us do our jobs?
I am still not clear on what the purpose of this town hall was all about. Was this to inspire and motivate people to do more? What was the purpose of it all with a whole atrium page of stories, blogs, etc for us to go read, post share about. I dont know about yall but my purpose for working here is to get paid.
That was a pep rally complete with crocodile tears at the end. We support accountants and financial institutions, etc. that make decent incomes. We’re not saving the world like the meeting falsely claimed. Pure propaganda.
"2021 was a banner year and we performed incredibly, thanks to you. The bonus incentive is the most we've ever done." I was given my first ever "2" by a sweating, bumbling manager whose sole aim was to get my review over a.s.a.p. because she knew it was a complete hit job. So thank you, TR. I will see none of this bonus.
Missed it. Guess it was for the best. I was taking a mental health break.
