Not going to RTO with these shlitty raises

Compensation down in 2020 and 2021 and not good so far with comp talk. I will not be RTOing after 2 straight years of down comp. At least with less working expenses, lower child care and better mental health with working from home I can tell myself its worth it maybe...Forcing RTO and then these compensation #s is just bad leadership by BM and the stooges! Hoping for something else but if not for me hoping coworkers find something else so when they need more from me I can just quit....

We need a union.

I’d gladly pay $30 a month in Union dues, to get 20% higher salary, better/free healthcare and to negotiate for WFH. The fact that banks are under unionized is by design, they don’t want us getting any ideas. Even the policy we have about not discussing salary is completely illegal.

I will not be RTO, if they want to work with me, that’s cool. Otherwise I will make alternate plans, and I encourage others to do the same. Things have changed, and we can’t go back in time.

Let's vote with our feet and get out of here. That's my plan

So, any time the Bank claims to be for 'green' initiatives, we can all call BS! We've been wfh for 2 years but are now being forced to go back to commuting while gas prices are way up and inflation is at 7% but 'raises' are 2%. 1 step forward, 3 steps back. Ugh!

Seriously just leave and find another job if you are not happy - many other already have. Sitting around dwelling on it while doing nothing to improve your situation is not good for you health nor is it productive.

They cannot force us all back...I am not a union person, but this is getting worse every year...tell you they are so happy with your work and promoted you twice in last 5 years but still paying you like they did 5 years ago....
