More parties and unicorns! I wonder what Chile's bonus will be? Perhaps $230K, sounds about right.

"Nice Bonus %. Since company is pay more bonus, I am assuming raises will be peanuts. Any info about rises? "

Yes. Raises will average 4%

Also, Feb 1st, some people whose TSRs were not already improved in August 2021, may have their TSRs improved.

The Stink will get another eight figure bonus from the incompentent BoD for his job so unwell done with Ratty's buying high, and Stinky selling low and keeping all the debt, and majority stakes in the spinoffs and hiding that so well.

Duh of course easy to one time pay a bonus as opposed to giving a decent raise that compounds over time. This has been the course for at least the past 12 years. Happy to hear we are at least getting a decent bonus though every bit helps.

Base Pay x % of bonus target x attainment percent = approximate payout. If you had pay increases or job changes throughout 2021, your bonus is prorated accordingly but this formula gets you close.

Example:
$100k salary, 10% bonus target, and receiving CommCo award at 142%.
100,000 x .10 = 10,000 (payout at 100% attainment)
10,000 x 1.42 = $14,200 (payout at 142% attainment)
