Will be terminated? I am on a 4 person team with 2 unvaccinated. Both are long time employees with lots of knowledge and high performers but at the point in their careers where they have no problem leaving. So you see my concern that I will be buried if they are shown the door. Anyone know for certain?

If you can't do your job without them than follow them two them sheep out the gate.
If you are unvaccinated and are over 50, you will not be here at the end of the year.
Nothing to do with vaccination, but they will use it to terminate those on the high side of the pay scale.

The unvaxxed will receive progressive discipline starting with suspension progressing to termination. AT&T doesn't want heroes that think for themselves. AT&T wants weak minded sheep that do exactly as ordered without question. AT&T management feels that they, id--ts that they are, are better qualified than their workers to decide what chemicals go inside their bodies. What a horrible environment.

This whole thing is quite ridiculous. I have an approved exemption. I have been told to double mask. Fine. But the company sends me those stupid blue cloth masks. Is this theater, or what? Cloth masks don't work lol. So, I ordered real 3M N95 masks. You know, the kind that CDC currently recommends and the government is sending out? Well, my brilliant "follow the science" manager insists that I not wear the single mask that actually works (the N95) and instead wear 2 cloth masks that CDC says are useless . This pandemic has really served to identify the id--ts among us. People that think they are following the science when if reality they are following groupthink propaganda.
Yes they will be furloughed next week so they won't collect unemployment. Teams are set up to process their departures. If they have a medical or religious exemption their fine, but have to double mask while in the office. We are now more woke than Starbucks- this is crazy!
Right now as it stands if they are accommodated and double mask they will be fine. If they are not they will be on a 60 day suspension.
