It ain't about the bonus. It is about the treatment of employees and the reduction of vacation and benefits. F' em. I'm doing the minimum and hanging on til they downsize me

Connection awards are not given this early. I call BS on the 8% raise and connection reward. Pay treatment discussion won’t be until end of the month/1st week of March.

Average higher than last year isn’t much of a high bar. Call me skeptical, I will believe the 4% when I see it. HR isn’t doing much to instill confidence.

HR indicated in a Supervisor 2022 (non-Union) Employee Comp webcast this week that average raises will be higher in 2022 than previous recent years due to several "factors" - sounding like inflation is primary factor and perhaps tight labor market is another factor.

Sorry to disappoint you entitled whiners.

Economy has nothing to do with raises. They have a budget and every Director has to stay within that. The chosen one's will get 4 to 4 1/2 % while everyone else shares the remaining 2%.

Craft’s pay raise should be 7% right out the gate to keep up with the inflation rate caused by the potus that the U management team supporter with members $ & told us to vote for.

Bargained for personnel are getting 3% in April, so I would have to think that exempt employees will get something at least the same or somewhere close to that! T realizes that inflation is a wages ki---r, so there will be something.

It will be about the same as last year. 1%
The money has gone on the bonus, which for a company with so much debt and the stock price dropping was way higher than expected. End of Q1 will see the start of the next round of reorganisations and layoffs.
